New Article About Power Technology & Deregulation in New York

Summary: What, if anything did we learn from Enron? Can it be applied to the new wave of Power Generation firms? How will technology play a roll in the deregulation wave? Tech Talk - News & Reviews: Cisco Linksys Wireless-N Broadband Router

This purchase was one of the best $80 I have spent in a long time. The older Linksys routers were working fine, but after we added several more WIFI devices, which just about everything has these days, we reached the limit of the older routers. This new router is really an amazing piece of technology. It is incredibly safe from a hacker/security perspective. It has the 128 bit encryption and a WIFI safe mode. When you add devices you need the password, and an encryption key, but there is another… Continue

Email Scams, Urban Legends Debunked

The following email is gripping and a great story, but like so many, it is altered and inaccurate. Ed Freeman was a wonderful war hero and the part about his heroic efforts is true, but he died in August of 2008 and this email was altered so that it looks like he died on a different date.

Here's the email I got...

Thanks for the opportunity again, Rob! Hope to "see" you in the coming year. I posted on dorothyl about your weekly interviews, so perhaps that will get you even more traffic! Happy holidays! Lou

Sure add the watermarks. I assure you that if you tracked an image thief back to this site they would be banned as I do not tolerate any type of infringements. They are common, and I appreciate and understand the value of ownership of your work, efforts and talent. Perhaps you can create a slide show that is protected and then add it as a video to this site. Either way, gr8 work, good stuff! - Rob :)

Thanks, Rob. I like the covers too! They were a collaborative effort between me and the publisher's design team. We e-mailed back and forth until I was satisfied with the images. What fun!

Thanks for the advice on photos and tags. I'm still learning to navigate, so tips are most appreciated.
